Big news! The Lifestyle Fair moves to The River Club in Observatory on Sunday 4 March
After almost 15 years of existence, the time has come for change and movement at the Holistic Lifestyle Fair – a well-loved institution of Cape Town’s flourishing market scene.
Sunday... 4 March will see the Fair moving to The River Club in Observatory, where after it will become known as the new Life.Style & Eco Fair.
If you’re keen to explore health, wellness, conscious and natural living, then you need to get to the River Club this Sunday from 10am to 4pm to experience the approximately 100 lifestyle vendors, including holistic therapists; life readers; natural, eco and green products; whole and artisan food; art and bespoke designer décor, fashion and jewellery; bohemian, vintage and repurposed items, body art and design, and much more.
Visitors can enjoy a relaxed, friendly day out discovering, eating, socialising, and just ‘being’. Children are also welcome to come and enjoy the jumping castle and activity area.
The Fair also features free lifestyle films and live music – this weekend the event hosts brilliant Spanish Acoustic Electro Rock duo ‘Wild Lettuce’, well-known along the Garden Route for their unique world fusion instrumental performances (find them on Facebook under Wild Lettuce). The band will be performing upstairs on the Congo Room patio between 12 and 2, and all visitors to the Fair get free access to their performance.
Our free films this Sunday are the classic ‘What the Bleep Do We Know?’ (11am-1pm) and the very important ‘Thrive’ (2.30-4.30pm) – find them upstairs off the Congo Room – look for signage.
Entry Fair 4 March: R10 adults; R5 students/pensioners/teens; under 12s FREE.
