With 15 years experience in the food industry, let us do food for you.

Whether its for a small office meeting or for a large birthday, we will bring you the best platters the catering industry has to offer

and if you don't know what you want, let us do the work and draw up several menus for your event, so that you can sit back and relax

Our main platters are the sandwich platters, with a variety of fillings for meat or veggie lovers and with various sizes

So whether you want a sit down or cocktail do, you know what to do!

Fresh Food Design will be this Saturday (12 Feb) at the Summer Love Market (You, Me and Everyone we know Market) next to the Labia Theatre in Orange Street.

We will be selling our famous almond, choco, cinnamon and cheese croissants to get all you lovers ready for Valentines Day.

But wait, we will also be selling our choco mousse croissants oooohlala

There will also be 100% Rye, Pumpkin Seed Loafs, Ciabatta, Italian Oval Whites and so much more!

Our Summer Love market will take place at the labia theatre on orange street, saturday the 12th FEBRUARY, 2011 {2 days before Valentines Day} from 11 am till the sun set. The pre-Valentine’s Day Market on Sunday 6 February 2011, located on the village green at Intaka Island, it is the perfect place to chill ou...t with friends and family.

Come and enjoy a glass of organic bubbly with delicious and healthy gourmet meals: curries, samoosas, gourmet burgers, smoked fish, fishcakes, biltong, pies, vegetarian, cheeses, beer, champagne, wine, liquors, specialty coffees, tea, cakes, cookies, preserves, olives, freshly baked farm breads, confectionary, jams, rusks, frozen juice and smoothies – we’ve got it all!

This distinctive market, with its great selection of quality products and delicious food, is kept cool and safe under stretch Bedouin tents created by Touareg.

If you are looking for original gifts, there will be stalls selling crafts and clothing at reasonable prices, or you can spoil yourself with fabulous natural body care products and jewelry.

Best of all, there are loads of activities for children.

The on-site clubhouse has seating facilities, and offers coffee, tea and a bar. Visitors can also enjoy boat trips from Intaka Island to Canal Walk.

For the mutt lovers, African Tails will be hosting another adoption day with the cutest brakkies and puppies. Their stunning calendar is also on sale, and makes a wonderful gift.

We’re also hosting the Brave Recovery Warriors, an NGO that will have a stall selling organic, medicinal products and gifts made by the Brave for the Brave with care and courage. For each item sold, one is donated to someone in hospital who is recovering from physical trauma.

There is ample and secure parking.

Directions: If you are coming from Cape Town along the N1, take the Sable road turn off, at the top of the off ramp turn left. Follow the road around the bend into Ratanga Rd. Follow Ratanga Road and at the third set of robots, turn right into Century Boulevard. Go over one speed bump, and you will come to a circle, go around the circle, and exit it right (3 o'clock) into Century Way (follow Intaka Island signs). Once in Century Way take your first left into Park Lane. You will see the Clubhouse on your right.
