This Sunday (3 July), Fresh Food Design was at the Obs Holistic Market
Gorgeous people, chilled vibes, delicious food and boeber - made all the winter fuzzies disappear!
At the market, I had the chance of having a snoek and feta samoosas with boeber
For those sweet tooth foodlovers who have never had boeber before or don't know what it is, here is some info on it
Boeber is a traditional Malay dish that goes down well especially on a cold night around the campfire. It is so rich, it can be eaten as pudding or as main course just like melkkos (milk food)
Its made with milk, sugar, butter, very fine vermicilli, vanilla, cinnamon and cardomen. Many know it as kheer
